In partnership with the CHiFA–OWHC Urban Heritage Regeneration Accelerator, we are revitalizing endangered coral stone houses in Lamu Old Town. This initiative showcases how traditional Swahili architecture can be sustainably adapted to improve habitability, revive craftsmanship, and enhance community well-being.
